How is marketing for a repair shop different from regular marketing?

Repair shop marketing is local and it is repeat-driven. Nobody drives across a city for an oil change, so the work is about showing up in local search, on Google, and in front of the people who already live nearby — and then following up so a first-time customer becomes a regular. Generic social campaigns that ignore local search and follow-up tend to fill your feed without filling your bays.
