We ship, not
slide-decks.

Five enterprise operating platforms, built around how your business actually runs — energy and industrial, contracting, automotive, fleet, healthcare. A fixed build fee invoiced against delivery milestones, a monthly maintenance retainer, and a 6–12 month implementation scoped in writing before engineering starts. We build and run our own products with the same team, so nothing here is theory.

The five enterprise platforms

Real numbers on the page. Each platform is a scoped engagement — the build fee buys the agreed scope and the monthly retainer keeps it running, and neither is charged online. Every one starts with a scoping meeting: book a call, or pay the refundable deposit online to book it.

How a build is billed

The build fee is invoiced against the delivery milestones set out in the signed implementation agreement — each payment is tied to work already delivered for your review. It is never charged through this website and is not collected by any checkout here. The only amount payable online is the deposit shown on each platform below, and that deposit is credited in full against the agreed price.

Monthly maintenance is billed monthly from the agreed start date. Top Gun does not offer financing and does not arrange it through a lender; if the number is more than you want to commit at once, the milestones are staged to fit.

Top Gun Energy Ops System

$350,000 + $15,000/month
Build fee + monthly maintenance6–12 months delivery

Control the field. Reduce preventable downtime. Move completed work toward billing faster.

  • Field and dispatch — work orders, crew assignment, digital field tickets, mobile capture, photos, approvals, and scoped offline workflows.
  • Assets and readiness — equipment records, preventive maintenance, inspection checklists, inventory, and safety/compliance document workflows.
  • Connected administration — customer portals, contract/job records, billing handoffs, and ERP, accounting, CRM, mapping or equipment integrations.
  • Controls and reporting — role-based access, admin tools, audit trails, job/asset dashboards, exception alerts, and operational reports.
  • Implementation and rollout — discovery, UX, engineering, data migration, QA, acceptance testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
  • Monthly maintenance — application support, monitoring, backups, patches, defect fixes, integration checks, and agreed minor enhancements.

Modules, integration access, infrastructure, migration, acceptance criteria, and support response targets are defined in the project agreement.

Pay $10,000 refundable deposit

The deposit books your scoping meeting and is credited in full against the build fee. If the scoped price is more than you want to spend, tell us before work begins and it is refunded in full — refund policy.

Protect project margin. Keep field and office aligned. Bill approved work with less friction.

  • Opportunity to project — lead records, estimating, proposals, bids, contracts, budgets, project setup, and approval workflows.
  • Field coordination — scheduling, crews, time capture, materials, daily reports, photos, inspections, punch lists, and closeout.
  • Commercial control — change orders, RFIs/submittals, purchasing records, customer/vendor portals, job-cost views, and billing handoffs.
  • Connected systems — accounting, CRM, procurement, document storage, scheduling, and existing field-tool integrations as scoped.
  • Enterprise delivery — admin tools, role-based permissions, audit trails, dashboards, migration, QA, deployment, documentation, and training.
  • Monthly maintenance — support, defect fixes, security patches, monitoring, backups, integration checks, and agreed reporting/minor workflow updates.

How a platform gets built

01

Discovery & scope

Process discovery, architecture and UX, then a written scope: modules, integration access, infrastructure, migration and the acceptance criteria the build is measured against.

02

Build in milestones

Engineering against that scope, delivered in milestones you review. The build fee is invoiced against those milestones — each payment is tied to work already delivered for review.

03

Migration, QA & rollout

Data migration, QA, acceptance testing, deployment, documentation and training for the people who have to run it on Monday morning.

04

Maintenance

The monthly retainer: application support, monitoring, backups, security patches, defect fixes, integration checks and the agreed minor enhancement capacity.
