The $250,000 build fee is real money you owe under the signed implementation agreement and is invoiced against delivery milestones. It is not part of the $10,000 charged here and cannot be paid through this website at all.

The published price for this service is a starting figure, not a fixed quote. The $10,000 charged today is a deposit against a scoped quote — we confirm the scope with you on your kickoff call and credit the deposit in full against the agreed price.

- Completion to billing — proof of delivery, document capture, approvals, invoice handoffs, settlements, and customer or carrier portals as scoped
- Connected transport data — ELD, GPS and telematics, TMS, accounting, fuel, payment, mapping and communication integrations as scoped
- Enterprise control and rollout — permissions, audit logs, admin tools, exception dashboards, reports, migration, QA, deployment and training
- Monthly maintenance — support, defect fixes, patches, monitoring, backups, integration oversight, and agreed reporting or minor workflow updates
