The $350,000 build fee is real money you owe under the signed implementation agreement and is invoiced against delivery milestones. It is not part of the $10,000 charged here and cannot be paid through this website at all.

The published price for this service is a starting figure, not a fixed quote. The $10,000 charged today is a deposit against a scoped quote — we confirm the scope with you on your kickoff call and credit the deposit in full against the agreed price.

- Security and accountability — role-based access, audit trails, encryption, admin controls, backups, and the agreed privacy and security requirements
- Delivery and reporting — architecture, UX, engineering, migration, QA, operational dashboards, acceptance testing, deployment, documentation and training
- Monthly maintenance — application support, patches, defect fixes, monitoring, backups, interface checks and agreed minor enhancements
