CT200 combines six-injector cleaning and testing, pressure control, a digital display, spray-pattern comparison, reverse flushing, and fluid drainage. Clean the injector exterior, run ultrasonic cleaning with the approved fluid, install the injectors, then perform leak, spray-pattern, flow, simulated operating, and reverse-flush tests. Use the same pressure, test time, pulse setting, fluid, injector mounting, and operating mode for every injector. Follow the table from spray observation through before-and-after confirmation so each result leads to a defined cleaning, retest, diagnosis, or replacement action. Before using CT200, confirm the injector type and prepare the correct ultrasonic cleaning fluid and injector test fluid. Cleaning fluid and test fluid must not be mixed or used in the wrong circuit.
