Top Gun Auto Repair In-Person Marketing Workshop
The in-person workshop is the version where the work gets done rather than described. You bring the owner, the front counter and your own account logins to a two-day working session with a Top Gun operator who has already reviewed your numbers, your current marketing and your local competition before the dates, so the agenda is built from what that review found instead of from a standard deck. Day one builds the machine. We set the offers against your actual capacity and ticket mix, configure the ad accounts and campaigns, outline and wire up the landing page, set the booking and lead routing, and put the review workflow live. By the end of the day the campaigns exist in your accounts under your ownership, with the budgets, audiences and creative in place. Day two is the part nobody else trains. We work with the people who answer the phone and write the estimates: the greeting, the questions, the price conversation, how a deferred repair gets quoted and when it gets followed up. We role-play real calls, including the ones you lose, and we leave a written 90-day plan with named owners, weekly targets and the thresholds that mean something is going wrong. Two review calls at 30 and 60 days check the plan against the numbers. The workshop runs once a quarter, in a different host city each time: the city and the dates of the next session are scheduled by Top Gun and confirmed with you in writing before a place is taken, so if no session is published yet the next one is not yet scheduled. Travel, accommodation and meals are your own and are separate from the workshop fee. A conditional revenue guarantee comes with this workshop: increase your monthly revenue by at least 50% within 30 days and double it within 90 days, or the full fee is refunded — offered only to businesses whose owner and front-counter staff attend both days, that keep the campaigns and follow-up process running as built, and that supply the before-and-after revenue records the measurement depends on, and only under signed eligibility and client-obligation terms that define the revenue baseline, the 30-day and 90-day start dates, the measurement method and the refund process. Advertising budget, tools and third-party charges are your own and are separate from the workshop fee.

What you get
- Pre-workshop review of your numbers, current marketing and local competition, with the two-day agenda built from what it finds
- Campaigns built in the room — ad accounts, audiences, budgets and creative configured in your own accounts, under your ownership
- Conversion assets wired up in the session: landing page, booking and lead routing, review workflow and the deferred-work follow-up sequence
- Front-counter training — phone greeting, qualifying questions, the price conversation, estimate follow-up and role-play on real recorded calls
- A written 90-day implementation plan with named owners, weekly targets and the thresholds that trigger a change
- Two follow-up review calls at 30 and 60 days, checking the plan against the actual numbers
Good fit when
Shops and small multi-location groups that want the system installed and the staff trained in one two-day session, with an owner who will be in the room for both days and able to travel to the host city.
Not for
Owners who intend to send a manager and read the notes later. Half this workshop is changing how your team handles a live customer, and that does not survive being relayed secondhand. If nobody can travel to the host city, the live workshop and the online course teach the same playbook.
