Top Gun Automotive OS
Disconnected customer, vehicle and work-order information is what makes a busy shop feel out of control. Automotive OS is built around the way your business actually makes money: repair operations connect intake, inspections, estimates, approvals, parts, technician work and invoicing; collision teams organise repair planning, supplements, documentation and delivery; dealerships connect leads, inventory, sales and service status and customer follow-up. One operational view shows what is waiting, who owns the next action, and where a customer is overdue an update. Repair, collision and dealership modules are selected for the agreed operating model, and third-party interfaces depend on provider access and licensing.

Build fee
$250,000invoiced against delivery milestones
The build fee is invoiced in stages under the signed implementation agreement. It is not charged through this website, is not collected by any checkout here, and is not included in any online payment — it is billed against the agreement and the delivery milestones it defines.
Pricing may vary based on project scope, ad spend, platform requirements, integrations, travel, production requirements, and custom deliverables. Final pricing is confirmed in the client proposal or service agreement.
Support response targets, minor enhancement capacity, hosting, licensing, and any later development phases are defined in the agreement. The catalog build fees correspond to the agreed enterprise package scope.
What you get
- Customer and vehicle journey — intake, CRM, appointments, estimates, approvals, work orders, status updates, invoices and retention workflows
- Segment-specific modules — repair inspections and technician queues, collision planning and supplements, or dealership inventory, sales and service workflows as selected
- Operational connections — DMS and shop systems, parts catalogues, accounting, payments, scheduling, telephony and marketing integrations as scoped
- Management control — multi-location dashboards, permissions, admin panels, audit logs, customer portals, aging reports and performance analytics
- Implementation — process discovery, design, engineering, migration, QA, acceptance testing, deployment, documentation and staff training
- Monthly maintenance — application support, fixes, patches, monitoring, backups, integration checks and agreed minor enhancements
Good fit when
Multi-bay shops, collision groups, dealerships and automotive networks with enough volume that cycle time and follow-up are already costing real revenue.
Not for
Single-bay shops, and anyone whose DMS or shop system will not expose the interfaces the agreed scope depends on.
