Top Gun Collision In-Person Marketing Workshop

Two days in the room with a Top Gun operator who has already reviewed your estimate volume, your estimate-to-approval rate, your average repair order, your production capacity and the centers competing with you locally. Bring the manager, your estimators and your own account logins; the agenda is built from that review, and from the estimates you lost. Day one builds the pipeline. We set the campaigns against repair intent and your real production capacity, assemble the certification and quality proof into something a stressed customer can read in thirty seconds, wire up the mobile estimate flow and photo intake, publish the collision and service-area pages, and set the lead routing so an estimate request never waits for somebody to check an inbox. Day two is conversion. We train your estimators and front office on the phone script, the expectation-setting conversation that stops a price-only comparison, the approval follow-up cadence, the courtesy updates during the repair and the review request at delivery. We work through real lost estimates and role-play the calls. You get a written 90-day plan with named owners, weekly targets and the capacity thresholds that say when to stop spending, plus review calls at 30 and 60 days. The workshop runs once a quarter, in a different host city each time: the city and the dates of the next session are scheduled by Top Gun and confirmed with you in writing before a place is taken, so if no session is published yet the next one is not yet scheduled. Travel, accommodation and meals are your own and are separate from the workshop fee. A conditional revenue guarantee comes with this workshop: increase your monthly revenue by at least 50% within 30 days and double it within 90 days, or the full fee is refunded — offered only to businesses whose management, estimators and front office attend as scheduled, that keep the campaigns, estimate flow and follow-up cadence running as built, that confirm the production capacity to absorb the work, and that supply the before-and-after revenue records the measurement depends on, and only under signed eligibility and client-obligation terms that define the revenue baseline, the 30-day and 90-day start dates, the measurement method and the refund process. Advertising budget, tools and third-party charges are your own and are separate from the workshop fee.

What you get

  • Pre-workshop review of estimate volume, estimate-to-approval rate, average repair order, production capacity and local competitors
  • Campaigns built in the session against repair intent and real capacity, in your own accounts, with the collision and service-area pages published
  • Proof assembly — verified certifications, quality standards and approved repair imagery arranged so a stressed customer can read them in thirty seconds
  • Estimate flow wired up: mobile estimate form, photo intake and lead routing that does not depend on somebody checking an inbox
  • Estimator and front-office training — phone script, expectation setting, approval follow-up cadence, courtesy updates and the delivery review request
  • A written 90-day plan with named owners, weekly targets and capacity thresholds, plus review calls at 30 and 60 days

Good fit when

Collision centers and groups with production capacity to fill and an owner or manager who can travel to the host city and be in the room for both days.

Not for

Centers already at capacity, and owners planning to send an estimator and read the notes. Day two changes how your team handles a customer in the first ten minutes, and that is not transferable secondhand. If nobody can travel to the host city, the live workshop and the online course teach the same playbook.
