Top Gun Contractor In-Person Marketing Workshop

Two days in the room with a Top Gun operator who has already reviewed your numbers, your current marketing, your service area and the competitors bidding against you. You bring the owner, whoever runs the office and your own account logins; the agenda comes from that review, not from a standard deck, and the output is a working acquisition system rather than notes about one. Day one builds it. We set the emergency and replacement offers against your crew capacity and season, configure the ad accounts and campaigns with the urgent-versus-planned budget split, wire up the service-area landing pages and estimate forms, and set the lead routing so an emergency call never waits behind a form submission. Day two fixes the leak. We work with whoever answers the phone and whoever sends the quotes: the intake questions, how a job gets priced on the call, when and how an unanswered estimate gets chased, and what the maintenance-plan conversation sounds like. We role-play real calls, including the ones you lost, and leave a written 90-day plan with named owners, weekly targets and trigger thresholds. Two review calls at 30 and 60 days check it against the numbers. The workshop runs once a quarter, in a different host city each time: the city and the dates of the next session are scheduled by Top Gun and confirmed with you in writing before a place is taken, so if no session is published yet the next one is not yet scheduled. Travel, accommodation and meals are your own and are separate from the workshop fee. A conditional revenue guarantee comes with this workshop: increase your monthly revenue by at least 50% within 30 days and double it within 90 days, or the full fee is refunded — offered only to businesses whose owner and office staff attend both days, that keep the campaigns and follow-up process running as built, and that supply the before-and-after revenue records the measurement depends on, and only under signed eligibility and client-obligation terms that define the revenue baseline, the 30-day and 90-day start dates, the measurement method and the refund process. Advertising budget, tools and third-party charges are your own and are separate from the workshop fee.

What you get

  • Pre-workshop review of your numbers, current marketing, service area and competing bidders, with the agenda built from what it finds
  • Campaigns built in the room — ad accounts, the urgent-versus-planned budget split, audiences and creative, in your own accounts
  • Conversion assets wired up in the session: service-area and emergency landing pages, estimate forms and lead routing that prioritises emergency calls
  • Office and dispatch training — intake questions, pricing on the call, quote follow-up cadence, the maintenance-plan conversation and role-play on real calls
  • A written 90-day implementation plan with named owners, weekly targets and the thresholds that trigger a change
  • Two follow-up review calls at 30 and 60 days, checking the plan against the actual numbers

Good fit when

HVAC, plumbing, roofing and home service companies that want the system installed and the office trained in one two-day session, with the owner present for both days and able to travel to the host city.

Not for

Companies without the crew capacity to absorb more work, and owners who plan to send a manager instead. The campaign mix is sized to capacity on purpose, and the office training does not survive being relayed secondhand. If nobody can travel to the host city, the live workshop and the online course teach the same playbook.
