Top Gun Contractors OS
A change in the field should not become a missed charge in the office. Contractors OS runs the path from opportunity and estimate through field delivery and closeout on one project record: bids, budgets, crew schedules, daily reports, documents, change orders and billing handoffs. Managers see emerging issues earlier, crews know what is expected, approvals have a visible owner, and job-cost views show which projects need attention before small problems erode margin. The implementation agreement defines the project modules, financial data ownership, integration access, rollout milestones and support response targets.

Build fee
$250,000invoiced against delivery milestones
The build fee is invoiced in stages under the signed implementation agreement. It is not charged through this website, is not collected by any checkout here, and is not included in any online payment — it is billed against the agreement and the delivery milestones it defines.
Pricing may vary based on project scope, ad spend, platform requirements, integrations, travel, production requirements, and custom deliverables. Final pricing is confirmed in the client proposal or service agreement.
Support response targets, minor enhancement capacity, hosting, licensing, and any later development phases are defined in the agreement. The catalog build fees correspond to the agreed enterprise package scope.
What you get
- Opportunity to project — lead records, estimating, proposals, bids, contracts, budgets, project setup and approval workflows
- Field coordination — scheduling, crews, time capture, materials, daily reports, photos, inspections, punch lists and closeout
- Commercial control — change orders, RFIs and submittals, purchasing records, customer and vendor portals, job-cost views and billing handoffs
- Connected systems — accounting, CRM, procurement, document storage, scheduling and existing field-tool integrations as scoped
- Enterprise delivery — admin tools, role-based permissions, audit trails, dashboards, migration, QA, deployment, documentation and training
- Monthly maintenance — support, defect fixes, security patches, monitoring, backups, integration checks, and agreed reporting or minor workflow updates
Good fit when
General and specialty contractors taking on project volume faster than the office can absorb it, with field and estimating teams willing to work from one record.
Not for
Single-crew outfits, and anyone who wants project management configured inside a tool they already own rather than a platform built to their contracting model.
