Top Gun Commercial Contracts In-Person Marketing Workshop
Two days in the room with a Top Gun operator who has already reviewed your project history, your current positioning, your last several bid outcomes and the firms you lose to. Commercial proof lives in the heads of principals and in folders nobody has opened in two years, so bring the principals who built the work: getting it out is work that goes much faster in a room than over email. Day one is extraction and build. We interview your principals and project managers, pull the detail that makes each project assessable, and write the capability narrative and the first case studies on the spot. The sector pages get outlined, the credential and safety summary assembled, and the photography shot list written against what is missing. Day two is reach and cadence. We build the targeted paid and LinkedIn campaigns against the job titles that write shortlists, write the outreach sequences for owner, developer, facility and procurement contacts, set up the prequalification tracker, and train your business-development team on the follow-up rhythm that keeps the firm on a list between bid cycles. We leave a written 90-day plan with named owners and weekly targets, and two review calls at 30 and 60 days check it against real pipeline movement. The workshop runs once a quarter, in a different host city each time: the city and the dates of the next session are scheduled by Top Gun and confirmed with you in writing before a place is taken, so if no session is published yet the next one is not yet scheduled. Travel, accommodation and meals are your own and are separate from the workshop fee. A conditional revenue guarantee comes with this workshop: increase your monthly revenue by at least 50% within 30 days and double it within 90 days, or the full fee is refunded — offered only to businesses whose principals and business-development staff attend both days, that keep the positioning, campaigns and follow-up cadence running as built, and that supply the before-and-after revenue records the measurement depends on, and only under signed eligibility and client-obligation terms that define the revenue baseline, the 30-day and 90-day start dates, the measurement method and the refund process. Because bid cycles, awards and revenue recognition vary by project, that agreement sets the baseline and the measurement approach before the performance period begins, and media spend and third-party charges are your own and are separate from the workshop fee.

Good fit when
Commercial construction firms with a real project history and principals willing to travel to the host city and sit in the room for two days while it gets turned into something buyers can assess.
Not for
Firms that will send a marketing coordinator instead of a principal. The capability story only exists inside the people who built the projects, and nobody else in the building can hand it over. If the principals cannot travel, the live workshop and the online course teach the same playbook.
