Top Gun Dealer In-Person Marketing Workshop
Two days in the room with a Top Gun operator who has already pulled apart your funnel before the dates: lead volume by source, cost per lead, appointment-set and show rates, close rate, service-lane performance and a sample of leads that died. Bring management, whoever runs the BDC and your platform, CRM and reporting access; the agenda comes from what that teardown found. Day one builds the demand side. We set the offer and trade-in angles against your inventory and service capacity, configure the vehicle-sales and service-lane campaigns with the budget split, wire up the offer and inventory landing pages and the trade-in and service forms, and set the lead routing so no source lands in a queue nobody owns. Day two is the BDC. We sit with the people working your leads: the first-response standard, the call and text cadence, what the second and ninth attempt sound like, how an internet lead becomes a confirmed appointment and how the service lane follows up on declined work and lapsed customers. We listen to real calls and role-play the ones that went wrong. You get a written 90-day plan with named owners, weekly targets and thresholds, plus review calls at 30 and 60 days. The workshop runs once a quarter, in a different host city each time: the city and the dates of the next session are scheduled by Top Gun and confirmed with you in writing before a place is taken, so if no session is published yet the next one is not yet scheduled. Travel, accommodation and meals are your own and are separate from the workshop fee. A conditional revenue guarantee comes with this workshop: increase your monthly revenue by at least 50% within 30 days and double it within 90 days, or the full fee is refunded — offered only to businesses whose management, BDC and service staff attend as scheduled, that keep the campaigns and lead-handling standard running as built, that grant the website platform, CRM and reporting access the measurement depends on, and that supply the before-and-after revenue records, and only under signed eligibility and client-obligation terms that define the revenue baseline, the 30-day and 90-day start dates, the measurement method and the refund process. Advertising budget, tools and third-party charges are your own and are separate from the workshop fee.

What you get
- Pre-workshop funnel teardown — lead volume by source, cost per lead, set and show rates, close rate, service-lane performance and a sample of dead leads
- Campaigns built in the session — vehicle-sales and service-lane structures, budget split, offer and trade-in angles, in your own accounts
- Conversion assets wired up in the session: offer and inventory landing pages, trade-in and service forms, and lead routing with an owner for every source
- BDC retraining — first-response standard, call and text cadence, the second through ninth attempt, and role-play on real recorded calls
- Service-lane follow-up built out: declined-work recovery, lapsed-customer reactivation and the appointment confirmation process
- A written 90-day plan with named owners, weekly targets and thresholds, plus review calls at 30 and 60 days against store numbers
Good fit when
Dealerships and dealer groups with a sales, BDC and service team to retrain, management able to travel to the host city, and the will to enforce a response-time standard once the session ends.
Not for
Stores where management will not be in the room, or that cannot grant platform, CRM and reporting access. The handling standard dies the week after the session without an owner, and nothing can be measured without the data.
