Top Gun Energy Ops System

Your field runs on phone calls, spreadsheets and reports that arrive after the decision was already due. Energy Ops System gives an oilfield, energy service or industrial operation one record for the work that drives revenue: dispatch and crew assignment, digital field tickets captured at the job, equipment history, inspections, and the handoff into billing. Field teams capture data closer to the work, supervisors see job status and exceptions, administration gets complete records, and leaders can compare performance across sites, crews and contracts. Modules, integration access, infrastructure, migration, acceptance criteria and support response targets are all defined in the project agreement before engineering starts.

Build fee

$350,000invoiced against delivery milestones

The build fee is invoiced in stages under the signed implementation agreement. It is not charged through this website, is not collected by any checkout here, and is not included in any online payment — it is billed against the agreement and the delivery milestones it defines.

Pricing may vary based on project scope, ad spend, platform requirements, integrations, travel, production requirements, and custom deliverables. Final pricing is confirmed in the client proposal or service agreement.

Support response targets, minor enhancement capacity, hosting, licensing, and any later development phases are defined in the agreement. The catalog build fees correspond to the agreed enterprise package scope.

What you get

  • Field and dispatch — work orders, crew assignment, digital field tickets, mobile capture, photos, approvals and scoped offline workflows
  • Assets and readiness — equipment records, preventive maintenance, inspection checklists, inventory, and safety and compliance document workflows
  • Connected administration — customer portals, contract and job records, billing handoffs, and ERP, accounting, CRM, mapping or equipment integrations
  • Controls and reporting — role-based access, admin tools, audit trails, job and asset dashboards, exception alerts and operational reports
  • Implementation and rollout — discovery, UX, engineering, data migration, QA, acceptance testing, deployment, documentation and training
  • Monthly maintenance — application support, monitoring, backups, patches, defect fixes, integration checks and agreed minor enhancements

Good fit when

Oilfield, energy service and industrial operators coordinating crews, assets and contracts, who can already name what the current coordination failures cost them.

Not for

Anyone who needs software live this quarter, or who wants an off-the-shelf tool configured rather than a platform built around how their operation runs.
