Top Gun Fleet OS

Dispatch, driver updates, maintenance information, proof of delivery, customer status and invoicing should all support the same operating picture. Fleet OS connects those workflows so exceptions surface sooner and routine coordination stops depending on manual chasing: drivers get clearer assignments, dispatchers see current progress, customers get relevant visibility, and the back office receives the documents it needs to move completed work toward billing. Connected telematics and your existing transportation systems supply the data included in the implementation. Fleet models, data-feed availability, planning functions, integration costs and support response targets are confirmed in the signed project scope.

Build fee

$250,000invoiced against delivery milestones

The build fee is invoiced in stages under the signed implementation agreement. It is not charged through this website, is not collected by any checkout here, and is not included in any online payment — it is billed against the agreement and the delivery milestones it defines.

Pricing may vary based on project scope, ad spend, platform requirements, integrations, travel, production requirements, and custom deliverables. Final pricing is confirmed in the client proposal or service agreement.

Support response targets, minor enhancement capacity, hosting, licensing, and any later development phases are defined in the agreement. The catalog build fees correspond to the agreed enterprise package scope.

What you get

  • Dispatch and delivery — orders and loads, assignments, driver workflows, status updates, route-planning tools and customer visibility
  • Vehicles and readiness — fleet records, preventive maintenance, inspection capture, fuel information and operational document workflows
  • Completion to billing — proof of delivery, document capture, approvals, invoice handoffs, settlements, and customer or carrier portals as scoped
  • Connected transport data — ELD, GPS and telematics, TMS, accounting, fuel, payment, mapping and communication integrations as scoped
  • Enterprise control and rollout — permissions, audit logs, admin tools, exception dashboards, reports, migration, QA, deployment and training
  • Monthly maintenance — support, defect fixes, patches, monitoring, backups, integration oversight, and agreed reporting or minor workflow updates

Good fit when

Trucking companies, logistics teams and fleet operators carrying more activity than their current dispatch and document chasing can keep up with.

Not for

Owner-operators and small fleets, and anyone who needs a telematics or planning feed their providers will not grant integration access to.
