Top Gun Health OS
Give clinical and administrative teams more time for patients without forcing every operational task through disconnected tools. Health OS connects the selected journey from intake and scheduling through documentation, referrals, communications and billing handoffs: patients meet a clearer front door, staff work from more consistent records, and leaders can see queues, exceptions and activity across locations. EHR and EMR connections and any specialised clinical modules are defined for your use case, with access controls, auditability and data handling built into the system design. Clinical scope, privacy obligations, interoperability and any certification requirements are agreed explicitly — this package does not imply a certified EHR replacement.

Build fee
$350,000invoiced against delivery milestones
The build fee is invoiced in stages under the signed implementation agreement. It is not charged through this website, is not collected by any checkout here, and is not included in any online payment — it is billed against the agreement and the delivery milestones it defines.
Pricing may vary based on project scope, ad spend, platform requirements, integrations, travel, production requirements, and custom deliverables. Final pricing is confirmed in the client proposal or service agreement.
Support response targets, minor enhancement capacity, hosting, licensing, and any later development phases are defined in the agreement. The catalog build fees correspond to the agreed enterprise package scope.
What you get
- Patient and practice workflows — intake and forms, scheduling, referrals, communications, patient and provider portals, and multi-location administration
- Selected clinical workflows — EHR and EMR-connected records, documentation, care-task coordination, and lab or e-prescribing interfaces where explicitly scoped
- Interoperability and billing — FHIR and HL7 interfaces, identity, billing and RCM, payment, messaging and analytics connections as available and scoped
- Security and accountability — role-based access, audit trails, encryption, admin controls, backups, and the agreed privacy and security requirements
- Delivery and reporting — architecture, UX, engineering, migration, QA, operational dashboards, acceptance testing, deployment, documentation and training
- Monthly maintenance — application support, patches, defect fixes, monitoring, backups, interface checks and agreed minor enhancements
Good fit when
Medical practices, clinics and healthcare groups whose patient access, referral visibility or administrative load is limited by tools that do not talk to each other.
Not for
Anyone shopping for a certified EHR replacement, and practices that cannot get interface access to the clinical systems the scope depends on.
